Leaving aside the other point you raise as I’m not sure it’s entirely relevant to this thread, why do think they’re not wearing make up? Perhaps the point is to look, as you choose to put it, dog rough.

Would Ross not be charged with facilitating the rape, I don’t know what ud call that as in he knew what the other fella was doing and said or did nothing and probably even egged him on.

To be honest the writers are starting to make the story very unclear to the viewer now aswell.

They could explain the glasses by saying he's wearing contact lenses or got laser eye surgery. The hearing aid would be harder to explain though.

Ben or maybe Lola did mention contacts in Tuesday’s episode but not the hearing aid. Maybe he’s supposed to have got one of those really discrete versions.
