Thanks, spoke to three seems I've no access to adult sites which must means there's a block in place. Need to supply proof of age
Hopefully this will be the solution

Three have an adult and objectionable content filter in place on their 3Pay accounts, as per default.
This is part of their Corporate Social Responsibility work: http://www.three.ie/explore/about-three/corporate-responsibility/child-safety-and-mobile-phones/

If you want this lifted, you can contact them by Webchat.
    Further details here.

On a side note, you could check if there is throttling on your account via this Android app.

The nanny filter removal worked for me only issue I have now is appalling download speed. Showing a 4g signal and literally half a mile from their mast but seeing less than 1mb download speed. Must be serious cojestion on the network

    Three + MVNOs = ~40%.

There are three MNOs so a fair distribution would be 33/33/33 so not far off. The issue is unlimited packages much more than subscriber count.

Bumping this up as I got a new three SIM card from three store.
Topped up and nanny filter off.
    Still refuses to play IPTV.
YouTube etc absolutely no issues. I know plenty use this route for data but can't understand what's going on.
    All advice appreciated

    Quick update:
Downloaded a trial VPN.. IPTV runs now. Switched VPN on and off to be sure.
Contacted three...they say they don't block any site.
    Somewhat confused now 😀

Has anyone found a workaround for this. IPTV was playing perfect up until a few months ago. Tried a VPN but it just keeps buffering Thanks in advance

I'm gonna say that IPTV streaming isn't really suited to a 3G/4G connection anyway, but certainly not on a network with serious congestion issues and problems with signal indoors.

Try a different provider or ideally get landline/fibre broadband or Virgin if available.

Funnily enough it started working for me again after a few months of blocking.
I think it's the IPTV providers servers which get blocked out.
Try another provider as there are so many to choose from who offer a free trial.
