Medical card proof of medical expenses

    Hi, I am trying to renew my medical card and I have a long term illness. The form says I need proof of my medical expenses, but I have no receipts as my expenses have been covered by my medical card.

    Has anyone been in the same situation? Do I need to get proof from my doctor and hospital of what my expenses would have been if I didn't have a card?

    Any advice would be appreciated thanks.
