Mobile data not working

    I got a new phone at Christmas and changed plan in early Jan. Since they I have not been able to access mobile data, I keep getting an error message that the service is not available. Help!

    Thank you for getting in touch with us here. If you have a new phone, you need to double check that you have the correct APN settings for data.

    Connection name: eir Mobile data
    Data bearer: Packet data or GPRS on some handsets
    Access Point Name (APN): data.myeirmobile.ie
    Username: N/A
    Prompt password: N/A
    Password: N/A
    Authentication: None
    Homepage: https://my.eir.ie/

    You also need to double check what plan you're on by texting "offer" to 50104 and ensure your mobile data is turned on, on your handset

    Yeah sent that message and got a reply that it was not recognised

    Also tried ringing mobile customer services and the number isn't valid

    Logged on to My Eir and it's not recognising my number so what do I do
