    Hello
    i am on a pre-pay contract phone with eir.
    i recently lost my CC and have gotten a new one.
    Dd i have to update my CC details with Eir?
    or are my payments tied in to my bank acc (which hasnt changed)

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    Did you use to top-up your number by using your credit card?  If so, you just need to ring 1740 so they can update your details again.

    Oh I see, you mean that you are a BillPay customer but using a pre-paid phone. In that case, you need to call Customer Care directly or get in touch with our Webchat Team to update your card details.
