Currently using a bit of cortisone now as my doctor recommended it a few years back.

Any suggestions

Could it be your toothpaste?

I know Caroline Hirons, who's famous for bring a skin care expert, had a rash around her mouth for a long time until she realised it was from her toothpaste.
