strange behaviour Win 7 64 bit

42 GB of videos form my video folder were copied into my recycle bin. I was afraid to delete them at first in case there was something wrong that would delete them from my video folder but having tried one or two i went ahead. I did not delete them and forget to empty the recycle, i use a file shredder not just delete

Also my my pictures folder has in it another my pictures folder with all the pictures repeated in it.
Has anyone seen any strange behaviour like this. Could explorer be corrupt?.

should be from my video folder not form. Cannot edit here

A damaged folder structure on the disk could lead to weirdness like that. Have you ran a scandisk/checkdsk?

Recycle bin is a puzzle
