    Hi I just passed my driving test and wondering what is the cheapest insurance company around I’m 18 and I have one year named driver experience

    You will need to call insurance companies yourself.
    Have you got your own car?

    It's not going to be cheap. But in 2 years time once the N plates are gone you should see a big drop.

    Liberty was the cheapest for me. Do you know anyone with a few years experience you can add on to the policy? I saved about €400 by adding my mam on my policy. I also saved about €300 by getting contents insurance which cost me €100, so another saving of €200.
