    Would anyone know where I can get a replacement battery for my Security Alarm
    The Product ref is -

    HKC NiMh Battery HHHC252C/ HH250AAHc8WMX 9.6v 2400mAh

    In Engineer goto
    Service>Engineer Tools>Battery Menu>Replace Battery Pack

    Should the system be disconnected from the electricity supply while replacing the battery, or can it be just swapped while the system is powered up?

    Unless you are comfortable working around electricity then turn off the mains power to the panel.
