    Hi,

    Just looking to put together a list of employee information to leave on site in case of emergencies. Its a small petrol station, about 10 staff and a manager wouldn't always be present.

    Obviously wanted to list Name and phone number. Should I also list next of kin and allergies or are these private?

    To me it makes sense to have them somewhere accessible in case of emergency but given how things are now I'm not sure.
