    Hi there, 

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here. 

    You can get a Visa Debit card once you turn 14 and you have a second level account. Please keep in mind that from the age of 14 to 18 we would need a Parent or Guardian to sign a consent/indemnity in a branch of Bank of Ireland before the card can be issued to the account holder.
