Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

6th is a EL spot as City won the LC right?

Burnely could knock Arsenal off it if that's the case and Arseal would need to win the EL to get into europe?

    It'd be hilarious

Watching Joe Hart drop a simple shot and conceding a goal makes me appreciate De Gea even more.

This kid knew what was about to happen.

That’s a very strange American accent. He’s watching the match on an American sports station so he must be in the states right?

I'd buy ya a whiskey if I could, have a laugh and a smile

    Some people can't do that.

Football can't be played 100 percent perfect it's not possible players should be allowed express themselves and the top players are the ones that express themselves the best.

Quite happy to see them continue to implode tbh. It does amazing damage to the "Jose was the issue at Chelsea" narrative that pops up.

Ahh we are slowly putting the can't win against top six theory to bed too we have loads of points points I think so far this season beat city and arsenal that's loads more points.

Better yet, watch it with mexican commentary.

The endless "gooaaallllll" and the Mexican twang on "ginger Mourihno"

    Great stuff

    More nonsense...

They should be looking at a points deduction. League would be much better off without them and their wannabe still-think-it's-the-80's hardman shtick.

Well it is what happens when you sit back and invite pressure as much as we did in the second half. Similarly the risk of giving away a penalty is also increased when the ball is continuously coming into the box and Liverpool had 3 fairly legitimate claims for a penalty today in my opinion. I felt a Liverpool goal was coming one way or another in that second half and I doubt I'm alone in saying that. Good result though, and I suppose the end justifies the means, but I thought the 2nd half performance was disappointing.

We’ve beaten spurs arsenal Chelsea and Liverpool haven’t we? With a draw against pool too

I saw a table midweek that had us second on goal difference in a "top six" table. That was before the win vs Pool so I'd imagine we are solidly second now.

What combo on MOTD could get most bitter salty satisfaction for us.

By that I mean, who to partner Danny Murphy.

    Probably Shearer, hopefully.

    Keown would do nicely also.

So enjoyable that first half, and nervy for the second after bailly made his faux pas.

    What an enjoyable game.

Has he been a commentator since his antics when United played Yeovil does anyone know? He makes Souness look neutral.

The second best attack in the league had their last shot on target in the 31st minute today. We just didn't play fair by tackling and marking them.
