Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. I think the tide is turning against him. The crowd were booing at 0-0

I’ve supported him from the start but th we two legs have been unforgivable.

Personally I think the game may be up for him at Old Trafford.

Don't me wrong, I'm furious tonight. With players and manager.

I just think we're wasting time talking bout it tbh. I just can't see us sacking a manager getting second for us and then being sacked.

Can't wait to hear your defence of pogba tonight bangkok

It'll be that he is injured and Jose shouldn't play him. Despite spending the last 48hrs or so claiming he must play.

How Rashford gets carded when that Mercado fella has kicked lumps out of everyone all game without a card is beyond me.

Not sure if posted already but Jose doesn't seem to get many 0-0 draws in the knockout out stages but when he does the results of the second leg aren't great.

As someone said previously though, if we can't beat Sevilla at home we don't deserve to be in the champions league

I posted this after the first leg, Jose drawing 0-0 in a first leg is not a good sign. Dog ****e, absolute dog ****e tonight and 3 weeks ago

  • Cannot say this wasn't deserved
    Jose to blame here

Lukaku, Young and Bailly were decent. Rashford at times.

    After that it was terrible.

I just can’t take that utter cowardice over two legs.

    Deserved win for Sevilla.

Disappointing but what can you do.

Aside from Rom and Rashers we were utter gick.

The big names anonymous once again.

When pep does it that's grand, when klopp does it I assume it's grand. When mourinho does it that's a problem.

    Impartial analysis for sure.

Tell you what, souness is going to enjoy fellating himself here

Going out to Sevilla with that squad. What an embarrassment.

Big questions will be asked of Jose now and of the players as well.

The worst part of this is how utterly smug some people are going to be, as if they revel in proven right even if it means us losing

    "I told ye so"

I wouldn’t blame a single person saying it. Pochettino was getting hammered last week and laughed at because of how naive he is in Europe compared to our genius tactician. Well we are an absolute joke tonight and everyone who isn’t a United fan is laughing.

    Absolutely deplorable performance.

The game seems to have passed Mourinho by much like it had passed LVG by at his time at United.

    Souness loving this.

    Glazers Out!

Mourinho seems to have a very limited concept of attacking strategy. His only clear gameplan is " big man up front and knock it long". He has Lukaku, he uses Fellaini for the same purpose, and if he runs out of options he sticks a centre back up there as well. Apart from that tell me what exactly is his attacking gameplan, because I'm not seeing any.

    Anyone really surprised? Really?

Thats the type of result we've been flirting with all season.

    Poor all over.

    Embarrassing and shameful.

Jose with a lot of stupid decisions too.

    Mourihno is done I reckon.

The money that that has been spent, some of the (good) players we have and we play absolute horse****.

    We deserve to see better.

    The style needs to change.

Liverpool fan here, coming in peace of course.

What happened there? Ye had plenty of firepower to do away with Sevilla but just sat back and invited defeat. To go from such a solid performance against us on Saturday to....well, that....it genuinely surprised me.

No rebuilding required, just a manager that can get the best out of the players

I love how this is somehow Pogbas fault

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,831 ✭✭✭✭Nalz

Jose had the chance to turn this around at halftime and failed miserably... But

Matic, Sanchez and Pogba were terrible on the ball.

I blame the players more so.

Lacked desire and intensity got large parts.

This defeat lies at the feet of the manager, Jose absolutely fcuked us over with his team selection ... :( I cannot believe we played like that in the last 16 of the CL.

    Pathetic!! Fcuking pathetic :(:(

    Horrific, just horrific.

    Everything was wrong with that.

To be beaten like that in our own back yard was an embarrassment.

De Gea is fuming. Can't blame him, he'll have his agent on the blower to Madrid tonight.
    Gutless performance all round,/

That utd performance was the worst that I've seen in a long, long time and there was been some bad ones since Ferguson left.

    Sanchez was anonymous tonight.

Pochettino. Look at how Spurs play against Juve compared to us against Seville. Chalk and cheese. They were the better team over their two legs as well. We weren't, at any point.

Sorry but no, the defence DOES need rebuilding, badly. Three of the back four were there under Fergie.

The midfield is also a bit of a bomb site too.

There absolutely is a rebuild needed there.

Mind, that doesn't explain our issue scoring goals, although Rashford was back to his worst and Sanchez isn't offering the assists needed.
