I think Neville views him similarly to me tbh. He has so much quality that the errors are frustrating. He reminds me of a young Ronaldo (not saying he will be as good before that starts) in that his decision making isn't good enough at certain times but capable of moments of genius.

Ref started that way with a couple of fouls that should have been called against Diame. You can tell how it is going to go from there.
