    Hi,

    I am currently in contract with Eir for broadband only @ €55 per month. I would like to avail of the promotional offer of €35/€40 per month for call and broadband. 

    Is it possible that I can terminate my existing contract and move to the new package? I accept there may be termination charge as I am in contract.

    going off topic here tomas but i would be very regretful if you could explain why your faster broadband service is only available in rural areas thanks

    The packages available vary from one location to another. I would recommend contacting our support team on 1901 to query this further.
