BER Assessor timeline

Hi The deadline for my SEAI grant is the middle of next month, and I forgot I need to get a BER done before I send the documentation back. If i book an assessor tomorrow, how soon can I get the BER done and the SEAI documentation signed ? Will they sign the SEAI documentation on the day ? Thanks

Hi
