    Hi. I am disputing a bill incurred when roaming abroad. I have raised it with the support team and am awaiting further clarification on the matter. In the meantime my outgoing calls are blocked. I hoped that these calls could be restored while the bill is being resolved. I need to make calls in case of emergency as my occupation is considered hazardous. Thanks
