    My mother also signed up with eir I store for the free tablet offer in dec and still hasn’t received it! Is this a scam has anyone had issues with this?

    I and others have also not received the tablet. I just made a complaint to Comreg, please do the same, it is very easy: https://www.comreg.ie/queries-complaints/

    It's a scam. I signed up for a black friday offer. After a few calls of them telling me the tablet will arrive soon. Suddenly I wasn't entitled to it. I'll be getting in contact with comreg.
