Prostitutes making my life Hell

I live in an apartment and have been there 12 years, its my home and I love the area and the people but over the past year or so several brothels have popped up and became permanent and its a nightmare.
One bunch stays a week and move on but soon are replaced by another bunch and so on.
I have strange men banging on my door at all hours, obviously wrong apartment room and waking my kids, then theres the loud noise playing, showers running from the prostitutes room all the time,
And lots of times there is arguing with foul language and shouting and high volume music playing.
I did politely ask them if they could they keep it down as had young kids but some laughed and slammed the door, others telling me to F*CK OFF.

I believed that prostitution in Ireland was now illegal but its doesnt seem that way as they seem busier than ever.
I contacted the Guards but they did not seem very interested at all.
Its a nightmare at the minute.
I can't sleep and my health is now suffering too so would appreciate any advice here

    Thank You

    3 questions.

    Where are you based?

Are any of the brazzers hot?

Any idea what the going rates are?

Put a note on the offending door saying "ANYONE GOING IN IS ON CAMERA AND SHARED ONLINE!"

Should stop a huge amount of traffic for them :D

Break into their apartment when they're out someday, then poke holes in their stock of condoms.

    9 months later, problem solved.

    Blast them with piss

What if they're in to that type of thing? For all you know that could be exactly what they're paying for

Get back your apartment block renamed "Ladyboy Villas". The seed of doubt should scare off 80% of the punters.

I'd say talking to Joe would be a good option. He might cover it on Fanny Friday.

Have you tried contacting the owners of the apartments?
What have the residents association said?
Cutting off their power would be a good start.

What county is the apartment in?

Is there any way of finding out who the landlord is and contacting him? Chances are he has no idea what’s going on in there and would evict

Telling you to F off is outrageous. Also kids in this environment is not on. Who owns the apartment. Can you approach ? Maybe when you hear loud noise call the cops and say you are worried that some domestic is going on. Keep calling the cops. Sorry for u dude.

I did but not much luck, they are always moving these escorts but can be up to 8 in our apartment block alone at any one time
The other residents are mostly elderly and keep to themselves, a few of us have contacted councillors and the Guards but nothing ever done.

Cops come to an apartment below us for noise, told one to keep it down and that was it, they stay a week then move on but the customers still come, its never ending,

Pimping ain't easy. Contact landlord or agent for building and report a business is being run there, note if the landlord or agent has a gold tooth or hat with a feather in it or a fancy cane you're in a heap o trouble.

Illegal to buy, but legal to sell.

Maybe get pictures of the "regulars", and post them up?

when they moved it first we didn't, then it all started up and the strangers calling at all hours, my neighbour then checked an prostitute website and found the same girls on there.

I don't care what they do but when it affects our lives in a bad way its a different story.
I DONE MY BEST TO TALK WITH THEM AND BE POLITE but they don't care about anyone

Knowing the garda culture they are probably involved themselves, it wouldnt surprise me. The minute you mention a brothel, back to the station and all the small talk happens, some probably pop over for a visit.

It sums up society if a person mentions that they have concerns for their kids and they tell you to F off. I will hazard a guess that a good few of them are non-nationals too.

Get onto RTE, they had a programme on this some few years ago, they all move around the country. There are some youtube links to both TV3 & RTE online, it may give you some further routes to take.

Install a Ring doorbell outside your own door and it has CCTV on it.

It's battery powered as well (battery lasts for 2-3 months) and simple to install (2 screws).

You can highlight it's presence if you like, or at least you'll have video evidence of what's going on as the camera FOV is wide enough to see either side of your door down the hallway.

I'm sure you mean "escort website". The men are paying for the pleasure of the lady's company, anything after that is between two consenting adults, and I find your characterisation of these young, independent women who are running a legitimate business to be grossly offensive.

    For shame.

Yet again I find the law in this country to be maddening. You can't film people coming and going at a public place (exterior of the apartment building), but a noisy knocking shop can continue to wreck a law abiding family's life without terrible from the Guards. Great country.
