Its 100% a peno. In slow motion the delay between the contact and fall looks worse than it does in real time. Defender slides, gets man but not ball. Peno. Robbed.

Mane got clipped on his right ankle and went down late, theatrically and holding his left knee.

If he had gone down as the challenge happened and held where he was caught he probably would of got it.

Well with what happened in this situation we go no peno, mane booked and a free out. Had he stayed on his feet we could have got a shot off and perhaps a goal. After all the defender is off his feet at that stage and Mane could have got a shot away

Simply put he just has to dive better and he gets a penalty. It's a foul, but the refs need to see someone fall convincingly to give it.
