XBOX One problems when I turn on controllers

    Xbox One got at xmas all was going well until mid week.

    When we turn on xbox the home screen appears, however when we turn on the controllers the screen automatically flicks to STORE. When we go to flick it to the "Home tab" it goes straight back to the "store" tab. So we are stuck in the "store tab"

    NOTE: all appears well when xbox switched on on its own only when controllers switched on the problem above happens.

    help is appreciated
