This is literally it. I don't know how a few are struggling to see it

I think it’s more a case of not wanting to see it - as I said earlier in this thread there is a determination nowadays by a lot of women to portray all men as sexually deviant woman hating monsters.

Rory Best has done no more or less then any one of us would do but he is vilified because simply he did for the men involved, not the woman.

Had he been there for her I guarantee nothing would be said.

That's more or less the attitude. I was in hospital for a while last year. Got friendly with quite a few patients, a good few of them (older) ladies and there ended up being quite a few inappropriate comments (turns out I'm a ride ) with regards sneaking into my room, 'i'd climb ya like a tree'. That kinda thing.

Which I didn't mind cause as far as I'm concerned it's all banter really. But bejayzus.....when I asked them how they'd feel if they'd heard me speaking about a younger female patient or nurse like that it was like I had just grown a set of horns and a tail.

Similar to this my OH is getting a new (youngish) male colleague at work. Ladies in HR (!!) have been excited all of last week about how he's such yummy eyecandy and what excuses can they make to get him in the office....

I am disappointed in Rory Best. I don't like the tone of the public text messages between the "top shaggers". I feel let down that he is sticking by them in such a public manner. I do feel that her concern about taking on the entire rugby fraternity has come to pass due to his attendance at trial.

Sticking by them? Taking on the rugby fraternity? Utter nonsense! The irfu have stood the players down and kept deliberately quiet. Rory has made no public comment on the case on how he feels about the accused and attended in a personal capacity for friends and colleagues.
