    Hi,
    I topped up with 20 Euro this morning for the Thirty 20 offer. I received the texts confirming the top up at 11:41 this morning but have now received a message at 14:11 stating my offer has expired and that I need to top up again?

    I tried the web-chat 4 times but the sessions get disconnected!

    Hi Thomas,

    This has happened me again today, except the text message I received 3 hours after topping up says my offer expires tomorrow. As per your PMs I have tried contacting 1747 but all I am getting is automated messages - I can't get through to speak with any one.

    And now I haven't enough credit even if there was someone to talk to on 1747. Can you get someone from eir to call me to address the issue. I am now 35 Euro out of pocket (you had topped me up with 5 Euro).
