Broken Headphones - Supervalu

    Bought headphones in supervalue, over ear ones used a couple of times.

    Clip broke on one of the ears so it falls out of the piece that goes over your head now.

    Anyone know how their warranty works? As in repair, replace?

    I have the receipt but need to go back the store that I bought them in.

    if you do not have them long, they should just give you another pair with no hassle

    Good customer service.

    Were going to replace them but had none in stock so refunded them instead.
