New mobile customer - waiting for 1st bill

    Hi there,
    I signed up to Eir mobile mid january and MyEir was showing a message indicating my 1st bill would be issued Feb 3rd. Checked again today, no bill issued and now says 1st bill issued March 3rd .
    Can you clarify when the bill will be issued ? 
    Also I made an online payment on the 23rd and don't see the credit on my account. 
    Happy to PM my account number.
