jack daniels half marathon training plan pdf

    HI all,
    i have given my 3rd edition of running formula away, although i have the 2nd edition, daniels has no half plan so if some kind stranger wouldn't mind scanning the half for me until i get my book back, i'd be much obliged.

    if anyone has followed it, might let me know your thoughts?
