Sole Trader Tax Forms?

    Howdy folks!

I registered as a sole trader over the weekend to sort out some tax stuff I mentioned in a previous thread, amongst other things.

I'm going to consult with an accountant this weekend on what my legal requirements are, but since y'all were very kind to me last time, I thought I'd see what advice I could get here too.

So is there anything unforseen I should keep an eye on? I don't directly sell anything at the moment, I largely just use advertisements on my software and will continue for the moment.

Also, exactly what is required of me legally? I don't have any revenue (aside from literally four cents) so I believe I need to fill out a form 11. This isn't due until October 31st 2019 though, correct? Since I have only just registered in the past few days?

    Thanks!
    Marc

You're correct, you don't have to file until October of next year. Just be aware of the caps on VAT for the provision of goods and services. I believe it's €37,500 for services and €75,000 for goods. I could have that backwards though.
