I see the reliable car mechanic across the bridge has a planning permission in for houses. Are they moving to another part of the town hate to see them go from where they are.

He had planning in already for that site about 2-3 years ago and it was refused for a whole bunch of reasons... interesting to see how much he has changed since on the application
