Teacher bullying

My daughter has been teaching primary for the past twelve years. Started in her third school last September. She had a very positive experience in her first two schools , getting great support/ encouragement - especially from the principals. She is having a very difficult and trying time with her current principal, interfering with her class, barging in unannounced, etc, etc, etc, etc. She does not feel confident enough to go to school's 'shop steward' because of the friendly relationship between them. Other teachers seem to apparently accept this gentlemans behaviour.
Any ideas/advice as to how my daughter might proceed to address the problem would be very welcome

Fieldeast, can she contact the INTO directly and ask for advice? In the meantime ,encourage her to document everything.
