Hopefully it knocks it once and for all. Sinus pain is awful. Drains your energy. Look after your tummy when taking that antibiotic, they can be so harsh.

I found having a few actimel or yogurts in the morning help with the gut pain otherwise I was in bits.

Oh I never thought of that lads. thanks very much! I'll get some actimel in. I know you can get probiotic vitimins too so I'll have a look into that. I was hoping to avoid antibiotics, oil of oregano, apple cider vinegar (with the mother), tumeric and cayenne pepper down the hatch every second day. I mean if that doesn't sort it.... Crikey it was hard to swallow it but heyho. I've found it worked in the past, I suppose this dose meant business.

Yes natural yoghurt is a life saver!

Also, crusty, apple cider vinegar is amazing isn't it?! I use it for everything!

I love apple cider vinegar. I drink a spoon of it straight when I need it.

Thanks crustybla. The plans are coming along nicely. We have the venue, band, celebrant and photographer booked. They are the main things so we can forget about it for a while now. :)

Myself and the step-daughter get on well together. Thankfully she wasn’t an awkward teenager and I wasn’t a grumpy auld one. ;)

I have to pinch my nose when I'm taking acv, hate it but it definately does something good. My son takes it from the spoon too Jeff, he loves it.

You can use it as a hair rinse too. Makes hair soft and shiny. Beer too.

That was so funny, well done Mam, no pulling the wool over your eyes, or eye for some people. I'd love to change my username to something cool. Not that I'm in any way even slightly cool.
Anyhoo, welcome new retro Anna. I'll never get used to your new username.

Mam, apple cider vinegar, with the mother is the one. Gives the body an alkaline edge, bugs don't like alkaline. Check out the benefits online. I take a good couple of big spoons twice a week in orange juice, holding my nose when I drink it and rinsing well as it's not so good for your teeth. If I feel a dose coming on I'll take it an extra day or two. Doesn't mean you won't get a dose but it may not be as bad.

It’s actually not bad if you drink it one or 2 teaspoons in a mug of lukewarm water.
