We're booked on the Ferry in early August.
Some big changes coming in Sept/October!

If you’re heading anywhere near South Pay de la Loire or North Charente send me a pm.
The red carpet may be somewhat threadbare but we’ll do our best...:)

Galway city is a hive of activity. The likes of the Spanish arch, and city musiem are beside one another. As is the canal walk from Spanish arch up to the cathedral which is worth a look if your into that sorta thing, The likes of quay Street and shop street are full of little bars and restaurants, on a wet ****ty day they are a great place to hide, there would be plenty of pubs with trad music on during the day the likes of Tig colies, or taffes, quays etc and they might even have a good fire on. if the missis is with you, the corrib shopping centre is at the top of the town, it houses most shops to keep her happy and is indoors too. Other than that there is not a hole lot to see in the city in my opinion.

The Gallery restaurant in Gort for a nice pizza or across the road to O'Gradys for the carvery! :)

Or take a trip from Galway down through Kinvara and on in to North Clare down to Ballyvaughan. I absolutely love that part of the country!

Second that beautiful drive. Get the dinner in Keoghs in Kinvara sorted then for the drive.
    Enjoy

Thanks for the replies. So went up with the misses. Stayed in the G hotel for the night. Went out to salthill and into the Spanish arch and eyre square and did some shopping in the Corrib and the Latin Quater. Second day we headed down to Clare to father teds house and onto the cliffs of Moher and stopped in lahinch for food. Stayed the second night in Killaloe and went up the devils bit today and home now
