Anyone on here have dealings with these? They are a UK website and I was unfortunate enough to be given a voucher for €200.Supposed to be able to use it all over the world. Almost impossible to redeem it. Cannot ring them...only email. Slow to respond. Anyone any dealings with them?

Never heard of them. But seems pretty straight forward to use. Your having sure problems, They aren't responding to email
