Super Nintendo mini connected by USB but can't find it...

Got a loan of a super Nintendo mini, connected it to Xbox via USB. Bit on TV can't find it. Also tried directly to the TV (and another TV) bit can't find it.
The power light comes on..... bit nobody's home. Any help please?
The TV has no problems with USB sticks....

Do you mean connected it to by HDMI?

USB is just to power it. You'll also need an HDMI cable connected from the SNES to the telly to see or hear anything.

No, USB type micro b into Nintendo and USB into xbox/tv.

There is only 1 usb lead with it and thats for power (usb at one end and micro at the other). The other lead needs to be a hdmi lead going directly to the tv.
