Hi I recently moved into house where there is a 32 A service socket on the outside of the wall of the house.

I wanted a point to plug in a pressure washer which uses a 13A standard domestic plug.

Is it possible to use something like below for this conversion or is it not safe?

I would assume that the pressure washer would only draw 13A and the fuse would pop if there was an issue.

As long as there is a 13amp fuse in the plug for the power washer it should be fine.

You'd also want to ensure there's RCD protection.
