Never had such a frustrating time trying to stream a match. TV3’s player is absolutely awful.

as the years go by its hard to know what Italy bring to this competition bar the odd jolly to Rome every second year.

That's what Conan gives you that Stander doesn't. Don't know how he would manage in 40 savage phases at the end of the game but dem hands tho.

Great clean out from Conan (I think) in the buildup

Was that on Parisse after Stockdales carry? Wasn't sure who it was.

Ya saved a certain penalty. Think it was Conan

    circling the wagons.very disappointing.

If it is related to the court proceedings up North, then I cannot blame him in the least. The press coverage in many quarters has been nothing short of disgraceful.
Murray appeals to the ref more than any other player in the game. Just get on with it.

Bizarre comment. He is absolutely correct to highlight opposition infringement and put pressure on the ref to act, which often results in us winning the penalty.

Brave by Earl's to dive for the block. Some messy play there

Terrific stuff from Earls, so much to his game now.

Let's get the BP first, but a big win today could end up being very important

What is the actual point of the 3player.

Connecting to stream and then nothing.

It's a first try for Aki. That is great work.

I’ve switched to TVCatchup, they’re not geoblocking ITV today.

Jerseys clashing as bit for me on the wide camera shots

Maul much more effective today so far. Great stuff from POM and Conan in the build up to that.

Twice we've gone past Conan to a center when on their line.

How many games are you going to watch?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,149 ✭✭✭mangobob

Rolling at almost a point a minute at this stage. Really impressive opening quarter.

Good man Bundee. He's been trying a variety of moves and passes and a good few haven't come off for him. Getting a try now is ideal because he'll keep the tempo and creativity up and we may see some special rugby at this level.

    Just this one.

It’s not perfectly clinical fromIreland, but it’s working, even if a granny wobbling back and forth could make a good job of getting through the Italian line. The question is if we can execute a running game against a higher quality team.

    Still good to watch though.

POM is building a nice blooper reel in this 6n.

Good to see them confident enough in Porter to go for a scrum here.

    Murray in the lineout!

Italy will get a yellow soon if they don't stop messing

  • Registered Users Posts: 589 ✭✭✭baas baa

    Bit clueless there Ireland

    Sexton, what a waste

This is great stuff from our men in green. The last half an hour for Ireland has been brilliant. However; does Italy have a similar plan in place in what they tried to do against England in Rome last week? I don't want Ireland to be too complacent with the lead they have against O'Shea's men.

Next one I'd say, really racking up the penalties

italy getting tackled behind the gain line every phase. they are woeful.

Stockdale was a bit stupid there!

Ref seems very harsh on ITA

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,149 ✭✭✭mangobob

That was pretty poor. How many penalties did we get there and could do nothing with them. Sloppy.

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,258 ✭✭✭✭Buer

We are incredibly impatient in our desire to score the 4th try. Three different times our attack broke down due to rash decisions from experienced guys like Sexton and Earls.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,303 ✭✭✭ongarite

    Ouch!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,816 ✭✭✭accensi0n

Kearney really should have passed that.

they kept England sight for a good part of the game. Whatever plan Italy had its out of the window after that start.
