    Hi,
I moved money via 365onlinr banking last weekend but the payment hadn't gone through yet. Just now I received a call from someone saying they are with Bank of Ireland asking me to provide the recipients date of birth and nationality.

Is this really required? Recipient is not eager to provide these details, especially date of birth.

    Hi DBIreland,

Thanks for your post here on Boards.

With some international transfers the international bank may look for additional information.

For the transfer to be completed this information will need to be provided otherwise the international bank my reject the funds back to
    your account.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    Kareana
