Short Term Accomodaton

We have to move out of our home for approx. 4 wks while renovation work is being done. Finding it very difficult to find anything for that time scale. Would need something for two adults and two teenagers and a very well behave dog. Must be around the Southside e.g. Dundrum, Churchtown, Ballinteer, Terenure etc. Anyone know of anywhere or could you recommend a letting agent who might have something on their books?

Yes I have. But a lot of them are apartments, which is not a runner with a pet. And also most of the houses are not available until later - as though people are preparing to rent them out while away on holiday themselves.

If its just a month could you arrange for the pets to be looked after and take some annual leave. You would get a month away in the sun all inclusive for the price you will pay for a month short let in Dublin.
