Woodbine is in Raheny and is no where near booterstown. Maybe there is another Woodbine there.
Woodbine is a nice estate, I would recommend the area,

I'm currently considering a house in Woodbine which is being marketed as Raheny. However, I've seen this same estate marketed as Booterstown. Would anyone who lives there or near the estate clarify if this is infact Raheny??

There are Woodbine estates in both Booterstown and Raheny*. The properties in Booterstown would be far more expensive.

    * Not getting into an argument of whether Woodbine is actually Raheny...
