Raspberry Pi Sticky Keys

Hello All

I'm attending AIT I'm currently learning python on a raspberry pi. I have a disability so when I'm working on a pc or laptop I always turn on sticky keys. My question is how can I turn on sticky keys on a raspberry pi. It runs Linux if that helps anyone.

It does seem like the go-to option. What OS are you using (Raspbian I assume)? And you're connected directly to the Pi (as in, your keyboard is directly plugged in to the Pi)? I have a wireless keyboard plugged into raspberry pi. Yes it's rasphian

I have it installed but nothing is different. When I'm on laptop I press shift 5 times then I get a notification saying sticky keys is now on.

Do I need to press anything to turn on sticky keys?

You have to configure it, as per the answer linked in post 4.

Read man page and/or Google to find out how to use xkbset.

Not to sound harsh OP, but if you can't follow that after being very clearly pointed in the right direction Linux may not be for you. Part of the linux experience is hitting small roadblocks and solving them.

You can write python within Windows, maybe try that.

but don't bother trying on a R-Pi

There was a problem with the Pi I was using I swapped it for another now its working. Cheers
