No I still didn't get the email I checked spam nothing there

Can you let me know what e-mail address you used to sign up in case there's a typo there and that's why it's not delivering?

Ah I see. There's already an account registered to that e-mail, but it hasn't been active in a while. Your current account has a different e-mail attached; I assume a deliberate typo. Unfortunately the database doesn't allow for two usernames to share the same e-mail (and retains the data for a period of time after a switch or an account is closed), so I can't make any immediate change.

Do you have another e-mail address that we could register this account to?

No I don't that other account is mine from years ago could I get my password retrieved? My email adress is the same since I started
