ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR

I recently ordered eir broadband but as I'm moving house at short notice, I decided to cancel the order (well within the 14 day cooling off period). I called eir last Friday to cancel. I initially spent 5 minutes on the call before hanging up. I called again later and spent almost 15 minutes on hold before hanging up(both calls before 6p.m. I might add as I know the cancellation team don't operate after 6). I have called 4 times today (spent almost my entire breaks at work on hold). I am currently on hold right now for 11 minutes as I type.)

I have now spent over a hour on hold in total and no sign of any change.

Complaint already submitted to eir website. One on the way to comreg.
