    Hi,

    I topped up my account by €20 through the AIB app over an hour ago. While my account has been debited, the top up hasnt come through.
    Since I have no credit I cant call customer care, could you please advise?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here. 

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your top up.  You would need to email a copy of your bank statement to the customer care team here - https://www.eir.ie/complaints/ They will investigate this for you, the care team can also be contacted on 1901.
