Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So myself and the OH are going to Paris around Easter bank holiday.

    We speak no French.

We are staying in holiday Inn Gare de l'Est

Basically we what to do lourve, effel tower and notre dame cathedral...

But we are looking for recommendations for food and drinks... Ideally not tourist trap, but somewhere that is friendly towards people with no French

Chartier restaurant isn't a tourist trap, as it's very good value.

But there will be lots of tourists there.

It's well-known, large and very busy.

It's 1.6km, 20 min walk from your hotel.
