    Cannabis grow houses are in all neighborhoods.

    It's a gamble but it may well pay off.

    The UK has let things go too far either way as gangs and youths can do what they like.

    They only get ownership when they have refurbished it and they cant sell it for five years, no developers or investors allowed. They must also be able to fund the refurbishment of around 40k themselves.

    The programme was good.
    I couldn’t understand the councils approach of allocating the houses. They should have put them all the same road, that way they could improve one road at a time.


    P.s. I really don’t think it was a bullet.
