Cannot access account online

    I am unable to access my online account. I get my bill via email, but can't log in when I try to.
    I've clicked the forgot password link but when I enter my email and submit, an error pops up: "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request".
    This has been going on as long as I can remember, can someone help please?

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    Just private message us the relevant Electric Ireland account number, stating that you are the account-holder and confirming your name, address, date of birth and email address.

    We will look into why this is happening as soon as possible.
