Mary Lou is being good natured but Tubs is geared up. Look at this and then at another political interview, he rarely smiled and he often smiles while interviewing as his interviews are usually light. Apart from the question about bullying from the recent resignations of course; and you have to admit thats something if he doesn't ask he'll be criticised. Same for her finishing statements to her speech. Like them or lump them, they were astonishing and it would be an elephant in the room until he mentioned it. SF are not a normal party with normal history or issues North or South. But of all her interviews she won't have had an easier one.

Tubs had to ask the questions, I agree. But I never saw him giggle/smile or show any enthusiasm evn once. Mary was laughing (probably falsely) and making light but compare it to any moment of this interview. Tubs actually does fake smiles as he reads the next question

An interview with the house band. I've a feeling they're very good musicians - knew a girl once who saw the Camembert Quartet once and said it was great fun - but they never have any part in the show.
