Cosmetic Safety Assessment - Where to go

Hi - I'm thinking of selling my homemade soaps and creams at craft markets, but I believe that I have to complete a Cosmetic Safety Assessment. Does anyone know if there is a company in Ireland that does this, and an idea of the costs involved. Thanks.
