Cooling off period

    I'm wondering if I could talk to someone around the cooling off period on buying a mobile phone online.

    I've looked through your site and it says I can return it once I wipe everything off the phone and I am liable for any damage to the condition of the phone. It doesn't mention anywhere about not being able to return a phone and even states the phone must be cleared of all data and passwords.
