Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Rank luck that. What was the problem leaving it too long?

Jacking fractures much less likely to heal than fractures from cows stepping on them etc. The ropes crush the bone and the blood vessels to the bone below the rope are damaged also. A calf with a break that is not out through the skin, caused by catching it in a gate or a cow stepping on it will heal 90% of the time if it's in a suitable place to cast it. Unfortunately calves with broken legs after jacking injuries are less than 50% successful. Worth a try but don't all end well. :(
