Is there an app/programme to pool/streamline customer communicaction

    Hi, hopefully someone can help or lead me in right direction.
    Working for a small business and looking for something to collate all the communication we get from customers.
    So mrs y might contact us on facebook wanting to order 123, then mrs x contacts us via whatsapp to order 345, mr Z emails us to order 567, mrs B phones to order 789.
    So when we are producing, packing each (bespoke) order we have to find to be looking in each place for the info...

    We would also like to send out automated messages re collection of orders.

    any ideas?

    Sounds like you're just looking for a crm system if you Google crm software there's loads just need to find one that ticks all the boxes. If your willing to upload the interactions yourself then something like zoho will do the job if your looking for a full customer service system then Zen desk is one of the big ones.

    Lithium CRM is used by a lot of companies to manage their social interactions.
    Might be an option?
